Took my xbox in for a replacement hdmi was told it would be done in a few hours came back thought all was well until I got it home hdmi was replaced but still there was no sign of life (hdmi port still has movement after yhe fix), i spoke with the guy there who told me to bring it back on the following day (Sunday) it is now Tuesday and the shop hasn't been open since Saturday I just want my sons xbox fixed

Very helpful, went to other repair shops and everyone wanted to send my s21fe away to a lab, someone suggested I factory reset my phone even though it was hardware damage. I took my phone here instead , and within an hour or so, it was fixed, for a decent price too. Great, helpful service. Thanks

We have had iPhone and iPad screen repairs, a iPhone charging point repaired and an iphone recovery mode rectified. The owner is very knowledgeable and has repaired our items to a high standard.
I also found his pricing cheaper than my previous repairs, and we didn’t have to wait long for our items back. He gave us a warranty with our receipt.

Excellent service, explained problems I was having with my laptop on the Saturday, took it in on the Sunday and sorted whilst I waited without having to put new parts in, really pleased sorted out all my software problems and sorted my touchpad without having to replace it, would recommend without any hesitation. Took my laptop in for some work including an operating system change yesterday afternoon. In the evening I got a text saying its ready to collect this morning. I also received a voicemail to the same effect. The business is card only so no deniable cash jobs, and upon collection was told I had a warranty, my receipt was on its way via text and was given some follow up advice. The two lads who work there are very polite and helpful, the service is both speedy and reasonably priced and Long Eaton now appears to have what it has been lacking for so long - a legitimate, reasonably priced, customer focussed and honest tech repair shop.
