I had a damaged HDMI port on my Xbox Series X. I messaged Luke quite late in the evening to enquire as to whether he could do it. To my surprise he replied almost instantly and said i could drop it off to him the next day and it could be fixed while i waited. I dropped it off and it was fixed in less than an hour and for a fair price! I can confidently say i will be using this service again for any tech needs. Thanks again Luke!
