Purchased good home wood slaters lots of them chipped and scratched I am being ignored by phone and all day on chat to get a response.
Say they will refund me but I asked for proof of refund I am being ignored so I decided before I bring legal action to jump over to trust pilot to see past reviews absolutely awful.
So if I do not receive confirmation of my refund by today which I have requested by email and chat I will be bringing action and a full investigation into this company.

Awful company. Ordered 2 plinths over a month ago, received them after a week and a half in 3 bits. Been bent to fit in a van. I then phoned them up to ask for replacements and he said they would be delivered by Friday ( this was on Monday). Now on the following Wednesday and still no plinth. I have just phoned again and he said he forgot to re-order them. He was very rude over the phone and seemed he didn't care one bit. Had to let the customer down twice now. Awful company. Will never use again.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I ordered an office chair which they had no intention of delivering until I contacted them (to which they initially did not answer the phone despite several calls...at one point they were actively declining my calls). I had to raise a dispute with the bank. It was not until I emailed this company did someone say my item was actually sold out and that they will issue a full refund. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

same issue as a good many others orderd a Candy fridge freezer when it was unpacked the fridge door had two small dents in it i emailed customer services telling them the problem and photos of the damaged packaging and the damage to the doors i did not get a response so i emailed again still no reply from the company

this outfit are selling returned good from B&Q, didnt work and damaged with missing parts, Tech Spare parts customer service was unresponsive and unwilling to follow there own returns policy. i got a paypal refund when i made a claim, Save yourself the grief and give this lot a wide berth. One star is one too many

Bought a microwave slightly discounted as the cardboard box was damaged so I thought no harm in buying one with a damaged box as I'll be unpacking it BUT the actual microwave was badly damaged inside! Look like it fell of a lorry. Was offered a 20 percent discount I said no want a refund as dont think it fit for use but now no response

My advice if it's cheaper it's for a good reason shame the seller wasn't more honest tho

I ordered a large piece of stick-on leather to repair a chair. It was advertised as being sold in a roll (which is what the photo showed). When it arrived, it was folded into a small package with deep folds that looked impossible to remove. I rang Technology Spare Parts who suggested I watch a YouTube video on how to apply the leather - it was completely inadequate, and there was no likelihood that this would remove the folds. I asked for a refund and returned the leather. The money reimbursed was short by £10 which comprised the VAT and the cost of the postage for me to return the product. I am really angry at this service and will never use the company again.

I purchased materials worth of £170 and never got it delivered. After a week I started chasing up the order through emails. The response time was awful. Had to ring them up and some sleepy guy picked up the phone and told me it was delivered yesterday to neighbours. Turns out they delivered to the wrong address in the other part of the country... Very poor service and communication.
