This shop has the best customer service. when I took my phone for repairs I was given all options available and everything was clearly explained to me. In the end i had my phone fixed like new and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this shop.

Technology Base provided me with an efficient and effective customer service. They provided me with a receipt with quotation on collection of my phone for repair. They kept their promise for repair completion; and on discovering an unrelated problem offered to fix at no extra charge and because I had an emergency, offered to home deliver. I will definitely recommend this shop for their service, professionalism and price.

Dropped my computer with a cracked screen off, 4 hours later I got a phone call telling me the computer was ready. When I was concerned I wouldn’t make it in time to collect it before closing, the owner told me not to worry and he would wait for me. Simply cannot fault this place, such an efficient, top quality experience with excellent customer service! Won’t be going anywhere else from now on ?
