I came to this place having problems with another computer repair service as they misdiagnosed my PC problem. John was very helpful and friendly right from the beginning and even ran additional tests for me going above and beyond, totally exceeding my expectations.

I contacted John after my drive had become corrupted. From the initial contact to completion of the repair & reinstall I received absolutely first class service. John provided prompt & regular updates, explaining everything clearly and concisely. The whole process was complete in 48 hours, and John gave me a thorough demonstration of the amendments he had made when I collected the machine. My PC is now running beautifully. Dropped my Dell computer with John this morning, by mid afternoon the computer had been returned to me, the faulty cmos battery had been replaced and John resolved some corrupt files and cleaned up the computer components at no extra charge. The communication and service was excellent and I would highly recommend John and technochip for anything computer related.
