I had a little problem with my Techair laptop bag when I broke one of the zipper pulls on it. When I contacted customer service just asking for a replacement zipper pull. They checked my serial number and without hesitation sent me out a brand new TANZ0713V3 laptop bag. The original bag was great but the new one is superb and I really love the improvements both in quality and design, including new highest quality zips and zipper tabs so I won't have that little problem again.

I've been using it for a couple of months, love it and 100% recommend the laptop bags and customer service.

GREAT FEATURES of the TECHAIR TANZ0713V3:
1. Superb quality material, zips and overall design.
2. It is lightweight and very comfortable as a backpack.
3. Large enough to use as an overnight bag, fits laptop, paperwork, a suit, other change of clothes and toiletries etc easily. It is not too big but expands when you need to pack more and is surprising roomy when needed.
4. Some airlines, like Ryanair, allow a carryon bag AND a laptop bag, and despite the larger size I've taken it on several flights along with my carryon.
5. My laptop is 17x11 inchs, but fits easily and feels completely secured in its padded rear section and strapped in with a quality Velcro strap.
6. It's designed so the laptop can be pulled out and returned easily at airport security.
7. Fantastic water resistant pockets for easy access to paperwork etc.
8. Zipper pulls have little yellow ends to make the pockets easy to find in a cab or dark plane.
9. Water resistant inner lining to all pockets to protect your paperwork, iPhone as well as your laptop etc.
10. Special perfectly sized pocket by the straps for easy access to passport, documents and iPhone. Because of the position and size of this pocket even if the bag is crammed full you can get your travel documents and your phone out very easily.

I'm extremely impressed with the product design and quality and with the professionalism, personal responses and immediate help from customer service and will recommend TECHAIR to anyone and certainly stick with them in the future.

TechAir are amazing. Their lifetime guarantee really is just that- if you wear out your laptop bag or whatever (though you probably won't, as they are well made), they will send you another one. I've never known a company behave so honourably.

As an IT professional I use my techair luggage virtually day for my 4 hour round trip train commute and international business trips- I have used a wide range of luggage products from other vendors over the last 18 years and the techair design is well thought out for the business user and the quality is excellent. What makes this product set different from all the other suppliers I have used is the outstanding customer service. Techair offer a lifetime guarantee that they fulfilled without any quibble on the rare occasion that I had a zip fail on my rucksack. I had the bag for 2 years but there was absolutely no hesitation from Techair in replacing it once I provided the photo's of the problem. I have never experience such a wonderful service- an absolute credit to Techair customer service to the extent that they are the vendor of choice for a product I use every day of my working life. I've used Tech Air backpacks since 2007 and highly recommend their products.
The customer service is great, very helpful and fast, no waiting for 30 mins listening too muzak.
