Scam, no response after you sent them your device.

Update: You better confirm it with your team. My pc has been confirmed to be received on 11th March from whatsapp number(end with 5896). After that, I did not hear any update.

On 11th April, I called your hotline (number end with 1342) and they finally told me my pc can't be fixed and will send it back.

Today is 2nd July, I am still waiting to get my pc back.

Quick summary of my experience:
- Slow to respond, but polite
- Took 2 weeks to fix, definitely not 1 day as advertised on their website
- PC was eventually fixed for £350 which I suppose is reasonable at face value

Now here's what I found when I actually opened my computer up at home (pics attached):
- Motherboard PCIE 4.0 slot completely destroyed, bent aluminium supports, clips removed
- PC case utterly abused, plastic clips ripped off, hanging my a thread
- Front IO panel USB slots bent to a degree where USBs will no longer fit
- Rear motherboard panel Wi Fi antennas wobbly and no longer screw tight, panel clearly has endured quite a bit of brute force

Sure, the issue was resolved. The PC now turns on. Huge plus. But the quality of the service and physical damage to the components means £350 is absolutely not the price I should have paid. Imagine going to the hospital to mend a broken bone. They mend the bone, you recover, but in the process they've given you a black eye, scars and you now can't feel your right thumb. Sure, they fixed your broken bone, but now you've got a whole load of other issues.

I had the misfortune of entrusting Teach Zones Company with my laptop for repairs, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they fail to fix my laptop, but they also managed to lose it, leaving me frustrated and extremely disappointed.

To begin with, the incompetence displayed by the staff at Teach Zones Company was astounding. When I initially brought in my laptop, I clearly explained the issues I was facing and expected them to handle the repairs professionally. However, they seemed disinterested and lacked the necessary technical expertise to diagnose and resolve the problems. It was evident that they were ill-equipped to handle even basic repairs.

As if their lack of competence wasn't bad enough, Teach Zones Company then managed to lose my laptop altogether. Despite their assurances of keeping it safe and secure, they failed to exercise even the most basic level of care. Their negligence and irresponsibility have resulted in the loss of my valuable device, and they have yet to provide any satisfactory explanation or compensation for their mistake.

Furthermore, the customer service at Teach Zones Company was nothing short of abysmal. When I contacted them to inquire about the status of my laptop, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. They showed a complete lack of accountability and failed to take responsibility for their actions. It was clear that they had little regard for the inconvenience and frustration their negligence had caused me.

In addition to losing my laptop, Teach Zones Company also failed to provide any meaningful resolution or compensation for their mistake. Despite numerous attempts to seek compensation or a replacement, they have been unresponsive and indifferent to my concerns. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers' needs is truly appalling.

I strongly advise against trusting Teach Zones Company with any of your valuable devices or seeking their services. Their incompetence, negligence, and complete lack of accountability make them an unreliable and untrustworthy company. Save yourself the headache and choose a more competent and responsible service provider.

Very unprofessional, I had to contact them every-time during the duration of them “trying” to fix it to know what was going on with my laptop.
Took my laptop for almost a month just to call to them to ask if my laptop had been fixed yet just to tell me the quote changed to £370 after originally already giving me quote of £256 after examining the laptop and I agreed to for them to fix it with that price.

Beware this company is a scam. I contacted them for a black screen issue on my lap top. I shipped over my laptop. They came back after a couple of days saying it would cost £220 and and extra £50 to replace the battery. I paid and they shipped back the laptop. The batterty was changed but the issue with the black screen was not repaired. I asked for a refund but they refused. This is a pure scam beware and do not trust these people who steal money from customers.

My laptop, lost all charge, I put a request to try and get it fixed. Tech zone got in touch with me. It was despatched to them and it was more than a broken battery. But within a week a replacement part had been fitted. And returned in working order. Very pleased with the way it was organised for me, including picking up the laptop. Will recommend them in future
