Terrible experience, don’t let them repair your electronics, there’s a good chance they’ll say you have a “new error” and continue to charge you for more like leeches but its just them destroying and repairing it for profit. They say that it would take around a week or more for repair but in reality they’re finding a way to ruin your electronic without raising an eyebrow. You’d be better off elsewhere and avoid places like these. You can tell based on how they operate.

Absolutely terrible experience at Tech Tronex. My laptop had a Blue Screen issue every time I turned it on, it would try to repair itself, fail miserably, and repeat the process in an endless loop. I took it to Tech Tronex, hoping for a fix. The guy at the counter told me it was an issue with my RAM and other parts. Naturally, I asked, "What other parts?" and guess what? He had no clue! He just said, "The technician knows it" but he wasn’t there at the time. They claimed the repair would take one week and cost £150. Fast forward a week, expecting my laptop to be revived, I was instead hit with: "Oh, turns out your GPU is faulty too. That’ll be an extra £40." After arguing, they finally dropped the extra fee but told me to wait another week. Another week passed. I walked in, and drumroll please.... they hit me with: "Yeah… we couldn’t fix it. Here’s your refund." To make matters worse, not only do I still have the Blue Screen issue, but they also deleted my Windows. Now, I have no idea if they messed something up inside my laptop I just haven’t found out yet. They even boldly claim that no other shop in town can fix laptops like them. In reality, there are at least three trustworthy and extremely professional repair shops that are nothing like Tech Tronex. Avoid this place at all costs.

All good until a month ago I bought 2 phones and i did goo in there to fit screen covers but didn't goo like supposed,for 1 phone the screen cover didn't stay on the screen like supposed and the outer phone the owner of the shop just put it over the camera.....come back to put again screen covers but he didn't offer any deal for it and pay same price and claim that "this is a business and that what we doo"...last time when I fitting or buying something from your shop also I'll tell my friends doo same...

So annoying, thats why normal ppl shouldnt buy anything from these dodgy shops, took some stuff with me to sell, which i agreed on the low price for an easy sale, thats not my problem, but i only traded them in for a samsung tablet which was 800pounds, i paid 400 plus the traded in tech, i asked the guy multiple times that i ll only get this tablet if in case i dont like it for any reason then i can return it in the next few days. Next day morning i went back with it cos it doesnt work as i expected, ofc they said i cant just return it like that, have to wait for the manager to discuss it further if i m not happy, 4ish days later they dont bother, went back with it twice but they just say they are not authorised to give money back, and the manager is always away... Sleepless nights, everyone should just avoid ppl like these..

Amazing experience with these guys. I found an electric keyboard on fb marketplace that Tech Tronex Northhampton posted. It was almost 2/3 price compared to Amazon. Condition was brand new, just that the box was open to take pictures to post online. It was my first time looking on fb marketplace so I was suspicious and doubtful, but the guy on the chat sent me a video of his shop and the keyboard, and gave me a phone call for regular updates on meeting time and place. I didn’t have a car so they drove to the nearest tube station for me to pick it up and helped carry the box to the gates. I opened the box when I arrived home, still a bit suspicious (there are a lot of bad people these days so I’m always cautious) but the keyboard was in perfect condition. I’m very happy with the purchase. Both guys I talked to were extremely friendly and easy to communicate with on the phone, and I could feel they are professional.
