Had an issue with the motherboard and got it fixed. Went to test and the battery was another issue which when advised he promptly looked into it and resolved the issue within 1 week. was given a 3 month warranty on the motherboard and the price was reasonable, computer tested and fully worked, great job and kept me updated all the time. Would highly recommend

My pc was blue screening and John helped me by fixing within a day very friendly and kept on keeping me updated 100 percent recommend John if u need any repairs.

John is a very nice person to deal with and very good at what he does. I have had him out a few times now for several things including upgrading my hard drive to SSD and full restoration from external backups after HD failure. I can recommend him, in fact I have just passed his number on to my brother whos power pack has just broken.

Tech Help didn't even charge me. He gave me advice over the phone because the problem was actually not to do with my computer, it was a browser issue. He was friendly, helpful and I'll definitely go back when something comes up.

A brilliant service from John. Had an issue with case of tablet and left it with John to pick up following day. Got a call within the hour to say it was already done and, even better, at half the price than we had agreed!
