I never normally leave feedback or reviews but after the excellent experience at the shop yesterday I felt I had to. After a desperate call to the shop yesterday to help with my daughter’s laptop, Matty, the owner/manager completely rebuilt the laptop and clearly explained what he was doing and how to avoid further problems. I could not praise Matt enough for his extensive knowledge in everything technical. He has helped me on several occasions with PC issues and Mobile Phone. He is ever so patient , helpful, and pleasant. His prices are very reasonable too. We are lucky to have him in Tavistock!

I was looking for an adaptor for a charger cable i'd bought in Spain. Tavi Tech were really helpful, knew exactly what i wanted and steered me towards a UK lead which solved the problem of me always losing the adaptor connector. Great service and good value product. Really appreciated!

Been here a few times now. Once to get the camera lenses replaced on my Samsung mobile and the other to get an imac problem sorted. Both times Matty fixed the issues in good time and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
