Absolutely fabulous Team in Ilminster. Tarr are a breath of fresh air when it comes to Estate Agents. We sold our house with them, in fact we left another agent to join Tarr. From the moment you step in the office, you feel at ease and taken care of. Tarr know how personal selling/buying/renting is and they pay attention to every detail. Bothering to get to know their client on a personal level and provided service as required by each individual. Fabulous and consistent communication throughout. Proactive from start to finish. Always worth talking to them even if just for advice, but they really do go the extra mile and think outside the box to make sure they deliver on everything you need. We moved from Windsor and had very limited knowledge of the area, Sarah & Isobel were a breath of fresh air after visiting many, many houses with other estate agents! Both were incredibly helpful, friendly and gave so many local recommendations for all our needs settling in. By far the best estate agents in the area! They secured us our dream home and did everything in their power to make the process as simple and as straightforward as possible. This is our second sale through Tarr residential and both have been smooth and pleasant experiences.
