I have been extremely pleased with the service from Target Damp, from the survey to the works being completed. Emily was on hand to answer my (multiple!) queries and did so with a friendly and helpful manner, and Lee who did the damp treatment and plastering was a lovely guy, he was thorough, helpful and did a brilliant job leaving no mess. I would highly recommended Target Damp based on my positive experience.

We moved into our new house in September and were horrified to find we had dry rot in the kitchen. I phoned Target Damp and spoke to a lovely lady who was very reassuring. She organised for Rickie to carry out a Damp Survey. He was very thorough and sent us a detailed report with a reasonable quote. A few weeks later Scott and Mikey carried out the work. They were really nice guys, happy in their work. Scott is extremely knowledgable and the work was carried out to a high standard. All completed in 4 days. They were punctual every day and left the place as tidy as they could. We think these guys went above and beyond! We would highly recommend Target Damp.

Target damp from start to finish are excellent. Tge survey was carried out, quote came next morning. Four days later work commenced and within two days our damp issues were resolved. If you gave a damp problem Tarfet Damp is the solution.

The Target Damp team are pros with decades of experience between them. Don't go elsewhere, these guys will get it done right!

They can do it all. Our project included structural work, rewiring, plumbing, window installation, kitchen installation, gutters, and even the lifting of a driveway. The damp-proofing and plastering is just a walk in the park for this team.

1. Damp-proofing:
Basement renovation with full tanking system (membrane, channels and pump).
Ground floor: Damp-proofing, Thermo-Dry and replastering.
All rising damp issues resolved, as well as stopping all possible sources of damp around the exterior of the house.
Certificate issued.
Silky smooth plastering.

2. Structural work:
A structural engineer was consulted, everything above board and done properly. Removal of internal walls, opening up a chimney breast, and installing all the relevant supports and lintels. All completed to a high standard.
Removing the dividing wall revealed uneven floors and ceilings. Surprises don't phase these guys, Tony and his team fixed it no problem.

3. Rewiring:
LED spotlights, rewiring of sockets and all relevant supplies for high-powered appliances.

4. Plumbing:
Central heating pipes and radiator installation.

5. Exterior solutions
All cracks and possible water entries sealed up, damp resolved at source.
Wall installed with large window (to match the rest of the house, great attention to detail)
Driveway lifted to ensure water runs away from the house and into the road.
Guttering re-routed accordingly.

6. Kitchen installation
Kitchen supplied and installed. All appliances installed. Worked well collaborating with other contractors (such as the worktop installers).
Extractor fan vent through the chimney breast to the outside was done very well.

The team were so helpful and knowledgable. They worked hard, fast and left everything as tidy as they could.

It was heartbreaking to see my mum living in a house with such damp issues. I am forever grateful to the Target Damp for giving me peace of mind. Having dealt with some nightmare tradesmen in the past, these guys are a breath of fresh air, I highly recommend them!

It’s been a pleasure to have had you guys do the work for me, you’ve done a great job! Completely transformed both rooms. You clearly take pleasure in what you’re doing, you were very professional, prompt, hard working and tidy. Most of all you are lovely people, young Shane was so polite and well mannered, something you don’t always see in teenagers. You did extra work not originally quoted for.
