3 weeks ago, I was struggling to get out of bed, with severe back pain. Had 6 treatments with a chiropractor. The pain would ease for a day or two.
I was recommended Nigel at Synergy for acupuncture treatment.
Today, I had my 3rd treatment, and my back is almost back to normal. I am so happy with the treatment I received from Nigel.
I would 100% recommend Synergy to anyone with back issues.

I severely strained my intercostal muscles and was in such a bad way I couldn’t even stand up straight. After some acupuncture and a massage I was able to stand up straight again.

He knows his stuff and will get you right. He also gives good feedback on how best to address the pain outside of the session.

I have been seeing Nigel for 2 years now and originally started Acupuncture for my migraines. These have now completely stopped and I come regularly each month for maintenance treatments. He really is the best at what he does and makes you feel so comfortable as well as educates you on what is going on with your body so you can understand too.

I have been using Synergy for several years for deep tissue massage and acupuncture on various sports related injuries and a whiplash injury. I now see Nigel every 6-8 weeks for preventative rather than reactive appointments to iron out any stress and knots in my back and legs. Nigel offers a clean, polite and personable service and is very knowledgeable in his field. After a whiplash injury a couple of sessions of acupuncture and deep tissue massage with Nigel achieved way more than six insurance appointed sessions of physio ever did.
