Software is good but the biggest let down is they dropped the networked version. It is just a stepping stone and would be better getting a software that can grow with the business. Most the competitors have this option and its all the GA4 is lacking. it is not even a option for a premium and not something they are considering in the future. They should fix this as its is a must in a busy garage.

I've been using Garage assistant for the last 10 years and have found it a fantastic program. I've recently upgraded to GA4 and before I did this I looked at other options but found that they were mostly cloud based and charged a monthly/yearly fee and quite honestly weren't anywhere near as good as the GA system. On the rare occasion where I've had an issue with GA the support team have been absolutely brilliant, I really cant recommend them enough. 5 Star service *

We use GA4 and previously GA3 both systems are so easy to use and if we ever have any questions they are always ready to help. The help desk people are amazing, they can log on and show me exactly what I need to do. You can contact them by email or phone and have never let me down. This system has everything you need to run a garage: admin, accounts and tech's department. Would highly recommend

Recently purchased GA4 software and really upset due to the non availability of multi user function. Is it practically possible to use the software in a single computer to all our four service advisors and cashier?

We have Been using Garage Assistant software now for over 6 years and i will recommend it to anyone running a garage. tech support is 10/10. very easy to use, we added the online booking to our web site, we use the text service to let our customers know when the vehicle ready to collect, we use there vehicle technical data. I have used the Garage assistant software by SWS solution for over 10 years now and i will recommend it to anyone running a garage. It keeps on upgrading and there is no software that I'm aware of that even comes close to garage assistant… 10/10!
