Felt let down by this court, evidence is clear that there’s parental alienation from the start of proceedings, and after four years of on going court cases, I’ve learned that it doesn’t matter what a woman does in terms of harm emotionally and physically abuse , these so-called experts such as Cafcass, guardians & Judges will put a child at risk and ignore clear evidence that point towards this , and doesn’t give fathers a chance. No criminally or domestic violence against ex partner or children , but she was able to lie through her teeth at every hearing, and he words were taken as gospel. Dispute experts coming to the conclusion there’s no reason why I shouldn’t have contact. Judge order the opposite and no 3 years later no contact with all my children and have essentially enable parental alienation even more. Please avoid using this court if possible the whole system is corrupted and disorganised, and fathers have no rights. AVOID AT ALL

Went to support a friend and my mum couldn’t access the court as the 1 lift in the building was not working! When trying to figure something out the manager (a female) was disgraceful , she stood in earshot of us and the security were explaining the situation and she flapped her arms and said “oh for god sake” turned around and was then nice to us, this had already made us feel like a problem and like we were causing a scene. Absolutely appalling. Maybe they should have more than one option for disabled people to get upstairs!

Spent 20k on solicitors for the judge to not change anything or take a side to where a child should live well hello our dispute was about this your meant to judge where the childs life would be best living and with which parent, Its okay to lie to a judge and admit you overdosed a child by doubling up there adhd medication for 3 days. its okay to physically abuse the child, and its clearly a court that sides with the mother.. Fathers have no Rights......

I got to go guilty on a non guilty case which shows how bad the system is due to staff incompetents

Totally rubbish, the respondent just did and said whatever she wanted without consequence. I feel totally let down by these muppets despite there being blatant cases of child manipulation and alienation, they did nothing but pass the buck to the mediation service, by then it was too late. When I complained, all they said was if you want to appeal then you'll have to fill out a form and pay a court fee. All that they're interested in is money. To summarise: They couldn't care less about you, they're not fit to judge a kids fancy dress, and they're a total let down for father's rights.

I needed to contact them to get a copy of a decree absolute. Yes, the fact that I had to wait for 12 minutes before someone picked up the phone was annoying, but once I got through the lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful or efficient. She had me sorted in a few minutes and copies of the document were in the post the same day. An impressive service once you actually get through to someone. My advice, be patient.

I have been trying to talk to someone for over week no one answers the phone or email.. I'm supposed to give them my contact details for a court hearing at least 48 hours before and I'm completely stuck on what to do as the hearing is in 2 days, absolute joke. Would be different if it was the other way round you would be fined etc
