Passing through the area in our motorhome we became aware that an indicator light was out. After looking online we called in at Strattons Vehicle repair, without appointment, to see if they could help. They were very pleasant and helpful, supplied and fitted the bulb immediately and at minimal cost and we were able to continue our journey within a very short period.
Superb customer service for which we were very grateful.

Very disappointed. I took my Mercedes SLK to have a faulty SRS sensor replaced and have its MOT carried out. Additional work, including replacing broken springs, was found to be needed. However, afterwards my car was making a strange noise. Upon taking it to my usual repair garage it was discovered that one of the new springs had not been fully secured, allowing a lot of movement (this was the cause of the noise).

I called Strattons to explain what had happened and was promised a call back the following day. I’m still waiting.
