We @jojoscowleyroad highly recommend Mark who owns Stotek. Mark is totally genuine and his integrity is second to none. We have a Classeq Glasswash machine and 2 months after the warranty expired, the drain pump failed. Mark attended promptly and through no fault of his, other factors came into play that delayed the replacement but he fitted a new pump out of hours and the charges were more than reasonable. Mark is great to deal with and we will always turn to Mark for any issues further down the line - he always tries to save you money and explains things in layman's terms. Thank you Mark! Following an issue with our commercial dishwasher Mark incredibly and admirably tried his best to resolve via phone to avoid a call out charge. After trying his best to resolve he attended site next day and not only resolved the issue he helped inform staff of some tips to help them in the day to day use of the machine. Proactive, helpful and highly recommended.

When the commercial dishwasher at our village hall had problems, Mark spent over an hour on WhatsApp - free of charge - in an attempt to resolve the issue without a visit. In a subsequent visit a couple of days later he sorted the problem within the one hour callout. Mark clearly knows his stuff, and diagnoses faults without any of the dreaded sucking of teeth or gloom. He also takes the time to explain exactly what the problem was, and how to circumvent it should it arise again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stotek to any restaurant, pub or premises in need of a dishwasher service or repair.
