We used this company for a number of years after they bought out our previous IT company. Whilst on the whole the technical team were helpful, they were unable to find the root cause of issues that were connected to the services they offered us. Stonegate wanted us to pay for a full technical support service but we didn't want to take this up as they struggled to fix issues in the past. When we chose to move to another provider Stonegate then became very difficult indeed. They first tried to put the wind up us that we may lose our email/data storage and then withdrew our hosting for our website in a manner which prevented our new provider hosting the service. They then charged us hundreds of pounds to 'temporarily host' the website. We deeply believe they knew what they were doing and knew, as a social enterprise, we would find it difficult to have the technical know-how to do battle with them. It cost is a lot of money to leave Stonegate and the way they behave is unethical and unprofessional. Hence my 1 star review about my overall experience.

Stonegate IT have been providing our IT for the past 6 months. We are a small business that requires up to date and fully functioning technology, its imperative therefore that we have a fast response from our IT provider when things aren't working as they should be. Stonegate IT are always responsive and sort out our IT issues in no time at all. I'd have no issues in recommending their services - reliable, timely and cost effective too!
