Nice, clean and a warm welcome by the 2 young ladies in there this morning.

I asked about the rewards program and they explained to me about the new points system on Starbucks purchases, sometimes it's hard reading an email but I fully understand the process now.

I wish this was my local Starbucks because they knocked it out the park for service.

went about 40 minutes till closing place is normally open yet was completely shut down still claims on the app it was open and i usually go at this time most days. should not close till official time very disappointed

Awesome inside. Always open when you need a decent coffee to start the day! Staff are really friendly. Fab addition to Ramsbottom no matter what the moaners say!

Always seem very keen to have everything closed early. Arrived nearly two hours before closing time, informed the server that I was drinking/eating in and was given my food and drink in takeaway cups rather than proper cups. Over time they seem to have the tables up and chairs away earlier an earlier. On top of this the staff swearing to each other in front of customers is not very professional.

Went in quite close to closing time but the staff were super accommodating and friendly. Sat in and didn’t realise the store was closed and the staff member gave a gentle reminder and was really nice. Clean surfaces and all round clean environment. Well made drinks and I would definitely return.

Been a handful of times now, staff are welcoming. Could do with more regular cleaning, empty cups on the tables and rubbish on the floor every time I go in. Food is good, however, sometimes they just throw it on a plate and give it you.
