This post office is conveniently located near my residence, but my experiences have often been disappointing, which has prompted this review. The individual who appears to manage the branch has consistently displayed a poor customer service attitude.

Although I am unaware of the underlying reasons for this behaviour, both my wife and I, who share a similar background, have encountered similar service issues.

Today, she raised her voice at customers for being in the wrong line and was abrupt when explaining shipping processes. When I inquired about the higher in-store shipping costs compared to online rates, she curtly indicated that she had no knowledge of online prices.

These experiences make me feel uneasy before each visit. Going forward, I may consider visiting another branch or opt for online posting instead.

The lady working at the post office is very rude. She has often come across as racist. And when I do visit she treats customers very differently based on their background. It’s outrageous and very upsetting as I try to be as understanding as possible but she’s just plain rude. She will often scream at customers for being in the wrong line and is nowhere near polite. I try avoiding this branch and only visit when I have too. I have severe anxiety and I often dread visiting. I hope they can sort this issue out soon.

The lady at the post office counter, I can see her name written on these reviews many times, has to make an issue out of everything. All other post offices and Royal Mail staff are great. Avoid this one and save yourself a bad experience.

Staff are always friendly and polite, they have a new range of cleaning products which I find are great. I don't just use the post office for parcels and money I also buy things from there. Very happy customer

Honestly I love going to the post office
They are always so chatty and smiley and helpful. Always so good with little brother who can sometimes misbehave due to his autism and I never feel stressed going in. Can’t fault their service at all. They do their jobs with a smile and are respectful.. need more businesses like this in wibsey
The reviews on here are pathetic and I’ve been using the post office for a long time and I have never witnessed any issues. Ishrat is always so chatty and welcoming, all the comments about staff being rude is shocking and I don’t believe for a second.
She is very proud of running her business and will always try helping with whatever products are needed.

As usual Ishrat and the staff were lovely chatty and approachable. I do find that some customers make demands which the staff explain cannot be done yet the customers blame the staff unfairly. I saw one this morning say "thanks for nothing" when it was explained the staff cannot break the Post Office rules. I think that sometimes customers need to realise they cannot "demand".

Nothing but praise for this post office and the variety of products that they stock for their customers. The staff have been nothing but pleasant and helpful to me and It would seem some people have an issue with competition of stocking certain products and thinks it’s ok and acceptable to give a bad review just because of that. VERY UNHELPFUL WENT IN TO SEND OFF LICENSE YOU KNOW WHO I AM. When I ask them questions they don’t help and it’s like I’m asking them for a favour they don’t want to do like they arnt getting paid by the hour to sit behind that box what a joke will never go there again. However the young lad was fine both women horrible people.
