They got more collections, bigger shop but staffs are not helpful at all, one calling another to help. Felt like hiding from customers! Didn’t feel lady manager also wants to give service to customers!

One of the girl workers kept telling me to stop bouncing the ball even when everyone else was doing it like what like whats the point of a basketball if u can’t bounce it like what no other employee was saying anything so i dint know what her problem was ? Ill show u what she looked like but over roll the store is very nice . I didnt see her name tag so yh

Couldn't be bothered anymore and left.

I had already found what I wanted online, but wanted to try it on first. Went into the store, walked around for 5 minutes trying to find what I wanted. Couldn't find it so walked around for another 2 minutes to find a member of staff. I was told they were by the front door at the other end of the store. Went to the front couldn't find them. Asked another member of staff who told me they were at the back of the store. So back I went. Finally found them. Went to the changing room and it was closed. Wondered for another minute and found someone else. They said it was closed due to lack of staff, but upstairs was open. At this point I had enough of being sent from here to there multiple times and gave up and left.
1 star for service
2 stars for a well stocked if badly signed shop

This store is fantastic. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and pay attention. Possibly the best place to get trainers and sports clothes for miles around. My wife had insoles made there with a new machine that can measure the problems with your feet and then you can try them with new trainers.
Good parking and a new store with high end products. It's been a while but if Sports Direct do more stores like this then the high street might be on the up. Well done guys you scored high with this one.

Compared to the monstrosities of all other Sports Direct stores I've ever been to, this one is genuinely nice inside. It's modern, bright and spacious - the exact opposite of their normal stores.

I have however docked it a star because a member of staff asked me to not take any photos (I uploaded some anyway).

Rubbish. Underpaid or just lazy staff. The manager was more impatient and arrogant than anyone else. This explains everything. A hundred meters away is the Decathlon with much better prices and somewhat better staff.

They never have enough staff, spent 20mins trying to get a shoe size, only to be told it’s not available. Staff are rude. Then get to the till and now you need identification to use the Fraser benefits. We have the app on the phone that needs ID to login. I’m a regular, but never a happy experience.
