Waited approximately 1 hour for delivery, which is ok if the food is up to standard. My wife ordered the Chef's Special Biryani and unfortunately it contained a long black hair which she found a few mouthfuls in, which put us both off our meal and we did not eat it. I ordered a chicken Jalfrezi and the chicken was somewhat dry. Overall very dissapointing.

Been out all day, so chose to stay in & have a takeaway & decided to try a different one for a change. It arrived 10 minutes late (considering it was peak time on the road so wasn’t surprised & it wasn’t a problem) but the food had spilled out all in the bag & oil was everywhere. The presentation was awful & it looked so disgusting honestly, the food was warm rather than being hot. When I contacted the restaurant for a response they didn’t seem bothered at all. I told the gentleman that the quality of the chicken & Lamb was really bad, he didn’t say much. It’s very sad that they are willing to take our money, but take no pride in the quality of food they send out.

We have had so many decent meals from here, what was our go to for depth of flavour has now become a no go. The last 3 times extremely lacking and disappointing. Have tried to contact to ask what had changed but no response. Wont be ordering again as sadly not how it was.

Had a long day at work so thought of treating myself with some good food so ordered some food from spice and the food was amazing i just chucked everything in my stomach hehe without leaving a trace of food that was on take-away box. Thanks spice for such an amazing food see you soon.

The food is absolutely delicious. Honestly, I have travelled to India and had traditional food, and this restaurant is serving the same level of cuisine in Swindon!

The chicken Balti is amazing, the Potato Sagaloo unreal, the Bindi Bhaji 10/10, damask is amazing!

The food was fantastic.

Great flavours and very tasty.

The delivery time was very prompt (Under an hour).

Compared to the competition however, they are quite pricey and they don't give free papadams with your meal.

Other than that, no complaints and will be coming here again.

I used to use Spice Express under the old management. It used to be great but unfortunately quality definitely began to drop off and I started going elsewhere. I tried again yesterday and was absolutely delighted that the appearance, taste and quality had had a step change in improvement. I'll be back again
