For a petrol station, there is never any petrol? I don't understand why the one service that is literally in the title of the name of the place, is never available? The staff lack basic customer service skills, and as others have mentioned, do not engage you with in the slightest, have headphones on and you feel like an inconvenience to them. The shop itself is filthy and there is stock just lying around on the floor constantly.

Absolute Cess pit of a shop.. Disgustingly filthy.. I would not touch anything in there.. Especially the door..; Never been cleaned in years.. Rude staff.. No prices on anything, just make up the price..It needs condemning.. Some cheese I brought in there earlier in the year.!! Have you ever seen anything like that in any shop Food fridge in sun all day.. Other fridge, not in sun..Fully stacked with Alcohol.. Glad to see they have their priorities in order !!!!? Wants bulldozing to the ground..

As others have said the staff at this store are the absolute worst - rude, uninterested and with zero customer service skills. They often pretend Evri scanners do not work because they just cannot be bothered. They are keeping people's property illegally. Always on the phone or with headphones in. Instead of a generic reply, contact the store directly and address customers concerns!!!

28.7.23 Update - This eveing I went in and it was a different person. This chap was smiling nd pleasant. So whoever you are this evening turn to the chap yesterday and teach him your manners. because of this chap I am going to up my review from1 star to 3 stars.

27.7.23 Appalling customer service . Headphones in, didn't even glance at me. As I left I made sure he knew that his manners leave a lot to be desired. I will be back again today and make a point that they should look at reviews and respond appropriately.
Manners cost nothing and even a smile makes the day go smoother ..for everyone

Went to Kegworth BP Garage to collect Evri parcels to be refused collection, I go in with proof of ID with name and address still not good enough the guy who was serving was uncooperative, rude and arrogant!!
Will not be using BP garage for any service again!

Ive been denied for taking my parcel in weekdays or in weekends by 1 of the crew name abdul, and telling me that i cannot use the service, like he was the owner of the store, a very disrespectful crew not answering my questions, worst service and crew..

A very efficient but impersonal service. No matter how many times you visit there is no relationship. Fast, effective service, but just a smile would be good.
