Contacted the centre via the website, managed to get an appointment for the next day, Met Steve at the allotted time, he did the procedure, and found issues, he gave advice and wrote a report for me to give my GP, this allowed me to return to my surgery and present the doctor with facts of my issues for a resolve. First time patient. Applied for an appointment online, very simple, efficient with confirmation immediately and a follow up reminder received just prior to appointment. Plenty of parking at venue and easy booking in with the receptionist. It’s worth spending the time completing your details and general information about your complaint online at the time of booking.
Very prompt on time and the doctor had reviewed the information previously submitted at the time of booking which was good to see and hear. The check was thorough and it was explained what was observed and in my case a recommendation to have a follow appointment with my GP!
As there was no treatment required a consultation charge was applied that was actually cheaper than the price I was expecting to pay.
Overall I must say that the total experience far exceeded what I expected and I would highly recommend this company.

Steve was able to confirm my ears were not as blocked with impacted wax as I was previously informed my another company, was gentle in removing what wax was actually in my ear , I would recommend him and will return if I get further issues

I had booked an appointment for my son (aged 6) as both his ears were blocked with wax. He was very understanding and patient with my son. He explained the procedure to him in simple terms that he could follow, and made him laugh too. He stopped every time my son requested him to, and when my son found the suction too loud, he switched the method to ensure his comfort. As his wax was deep, there was some discomfort at a point, but Steve kept my son motivated and made him feel brave and strong, used some drops and eased the wax out. It certainly helps if a parent holds their kids hand and keeps them engaged in some talk. Overall a very good experience. Definitely worth a visit if you need wax clearance. Thanks Steve.

I have now seen Steve twice now and he has a very calming manner and is obviously very good with people and knows how to talk and treat people with respect and he's nice and chilled out, I have previously had micro suction before but not with a big machine that they use in the nhs, overall it's a pleasant experience as you can have with someone sucking your ears out lol. I know when I personally need them looked at with the change in my hearing , and as he's local to me and very fair on price,, you can certainly pay alot more then he is charging so it's actually very good value for money and it improves the quality of your life, I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone having hearing issues.
