Picked up my new corolla yesterday and have been blown away by how great the experience was from first contact through to handover.

Chris Bayliss has been awesome throughout and extremely patient, knowledgeable and diligent in keeping me updated. Coming from a very bad experience with my previous dealer he certainly had a challenge to restore my confidence but achieved that and more. Thoroughly recommend Snow's everything has been great....even the chap directing customers on arrival (sorry, didn't catch your name) was cheery and welcoming on a pretty bad day weather wise.

Very happy with the new car and we will be taking our business there for servicing and any sales/accessories.

It was our first car so we did not really know what to expect in buying thru a dealership. We were assisted by Josh May and he was fantastic! He explained the process and answered all our questions patiently and without judgment. No matter how small or silly the questions were. The car we purchased is of high standards and we are so happy with it! Experience overall was smooth sailing and convenient. Would definitely recommend!

The purchase of my car was a really seamless process throughout. From the minute I arrived I was greeted by Fran Mayell and she was not at all pushy, unlike other showrooms. She helped me make my decision and answered all my questions. I found her really pleasant and easy to deal with and she was very good at getting back to me by email when I had questions. Would definitely send friends and family to the showroom in hedge end if they were buying another car. Thank you Fran I love my new car.

Excellent customer service
We were given just the right amount of time to wander around looking at the used cars on offer , between being 'pounced' on and neglected. There was no limit to how many cars Luca was more than happy to show us and answer questions about. We were given a good amount of time to thoroughly test drive the car ourselves. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. once I had made a decision to purchase the process was very smooth , informative and relaxed. Luca Smith understood that this was a special experience for me as it is the newest car I have ever purchased myself. Before collection day Luca phoned me to say he was not at all happy that he had found some damage at the rear of the car but assured me that this would be fixed asap and was very apologetic. We were impressed with this honesty as we had not noticed it at the time of purchase. The collection day was also a lovely experience - surprised to see the car - looking all shiny and new in the handover room. Luca spent a long time explaining the car's features and setting them up for me. I was made to feel the same as if I was buying a brand new car of a much greater monetary value. A very pleasant experience.

This will have been my 3rd visit to the Snows Toyota at Hedge end. Once again they excelled my expectations with great service and immaculate facilities. Charlotte is always so courteous and friendly.
I arrived just after 9 and my car was whisked away for her MOT shortly after.
They understand how precious my GT86 is to me and we feel looked after and respected. This means a great deal to me.
This branch isn't local to me but I feel it is a worthwhile journey to be given this special service.
Once again thank you for a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership.

He always kept me up to date with what stage we were at, he’s so prompt at replying emails. Chris is not your typical sales person, not pushy at all. Very genuine.
