I purchased a 5G dual sim internet box for £2150 + vat, the box only worked for one event, the unit has never worked properly since. I spent several hours across numerous phone calls to their team, purchasing antennas and cables so that they could continue to attempt to fix remotely.

I was told the fault was the sim card, a second sim card was sent out and the kit still didn't work. I was told a third sim card would be sent out, this never materialised. Internet at events is something that is required to be reliable and Simpliwifi have failed to supply the service they promised.

When we purchased the kit we were told it would work on the same network as the police, this had materialised to be a sales chat and is not true.

Ozan, the owner of the company, has now tried to charge us for the ongoing charge for the sim cards that do not work and has refused to give a refund for the faulty kit.

I would suggest not working with this company.
