Excellent service. First rate customer care from my initial phone contact right the way through to collection and certificate of disposal. Missed deliveries and can't get out the contract. 6 pages of T&C state you must give 3 months notice before the end or the contract automatically rolls over for another term - 1 year or 3 years with no get out. Also had price increases mid term and Duty of Care payment automatically taken mid term. I have checked with other suppliers and they do not charge this. I will not use again.

Just had great service from Shred Station. A couple of weeks ago I emailed an enquiry to which I received a prompt and helpful response. A convenient appointment was arranged and I was told the driver would call me on the appointed day, when he was about an hour away.
Today was the day of the appointment, the driver rang at 12.30 and he duly arrived at c1.20. He and his colleague were thoroughly pleasant, professional and efficient; they undertook the work with the minimum of fuss and were more than happy that I watched the shredding take place (in truth I was keen to see the very impressive, clean and modern kit in operation rather ensuring the load was shredded!)

I am a delighted customer and more than happy to recommend the service - very impressive from start to finish, representing excellent value.

Shocking so slow to load you 3.5 hours are there was only one lorry in front staff spend to much time chatting to each other and then stop loading you to get the garden vac out.
