My laptop was working very slowly and some apps would not load. After seeing the 5 star ratings Shen got, I took it in for a health check. I had to leave it and Shen were kind enough to bring it home to me that evening due to it being difficult for me to get back to the shop. It now has a new hard drive and is super fast. I've never had a laptop work that fast before. I thoroughly recommend Shen; friendly, helpful and professional
