Poorly designed overpriced sheds. The staff are rude, obnoxious, they have and will intimidate and bully.

And the site rules are ridiculous, add to that after paying a ridiculous amount of money for the shed, you have to renew your lease every 10 years and it's certainly not a free renewal. Then the parking you have to park under your neighbours bedroom window, that is badly thought out almost like they actually didn't care.

Had a lovely visit today viewing the 12 mth residency show home, very surprised how spacious and well thought about interior design it has. Park amenities across all of the group sites is also very good.
On site heated outdoor swimming pool open during the summer holidays.

All privately owned and very peaceful. On site pool and laundry. Open 10 months or 12 months for the newly developed chalets

A lot off old caravans on this park, they have a few chalet for sale nice but I would say they should be a little bit bigger, downside double doors in the main living area, some have side doors which would be the best alternative.
£94,500 which for what it is expensive.
Could have a £35k caravan and stay in that for 12 months.

this site has the rudest person imaginable running it. he speaks to you in as if you are worth nothing. very condescending. wants all the money from you and gives nothing in return. roads are run down and not maintained. nothing to do n this site but sit in the chalet/caravan. if you try to put up a wind breaker or something your told to remove it. gutted that i have a chalet on here. wish i never purchased one. plenty on the market elsewhere.

Had a van on Seaveiw site. Loved the site was small yes you was on camara big brother. Office made no secret of it. And to be honest that wasn't a bad thing. Left because of personal reasons and regretted it. Would recommend this nice small site to others some sites to big.

really horrible site to own a caravan on more so if you have children or pets owner and manager are just pigs and fellow caravan owners are very 2 faced there are so many rules you cant fart with out getting a warning please please if you are looking to buy on this site dont be fooled by how nice it looks it is a nightmare of a site and i walked away from my caravan it was that bad i was on the verg of a break down do your reseach before you buy on here
