Excellent company from the moment the phone was answered. My mum in her 70’s was so impressed when her query was answered straight away. Very helpful and came when they said they would, provided a fast quote and set the date for the work to be completed. Sent a message to confirm their arrival time and turned up as promised. What a fantastic company! We bought our house with the level 2 survey saying there was significant damp. Some builders tried to resolve the issue but couldn't so we contacted Seal the Damp after doing some research and decided to get a quote.

The guy who came round to look at the work was extremely polite and explained things in a way I understood. He explained what work would need to take place, how long it would take and about the 10 year guarantee. He also gave some great suggestions about what else we could do ourselves to help with the damp issue such as about ventilation and heating etc...

A few days later, we were given a detailed report and a clear plan of the work which would be carried out. Happy with the price, we booked Seal the Damp to carry out the work. They originally couldn't fit us in for 3 months, however, we sympathetic to our situation and managed to fit the job in around others for which we are extremely grateful!

We have absolutely no reservations in recommending Seal the Damp to anyone. From the initial contact with the office to the quote and report being given to the work being carried out - everyone was perfect and spot on!

It is clear that everyone in the business takes pride in their work and are truly there for the customer.

Highly recommend! Thank you for solving our damp issue. We are now about 3 months down the line and no damp / wet has reappeared!

Wow Seal the damp are amazing. They have done an outstanding job on our horrendous damp and even carried on after we found some more after the initial plan. I would 100% recommend these guys to anybody who has a damp issue no matter how big or small.

Phoned seal the damp up for some advice a very polite lady called kellie answered the phone who made an appointment for a survey. Adrian came out and did a survey on our problems and was very knowledgeable and suggested what was needed went away and worked out a price which I received within a couple of days. I phoned up to arrange a time to do the work and a date was made the two gentlemen arrived on the Monday morning on time a nd proceeded to get on with the job in hand.Every day they arrived on time and cleared up every day before the left for the day. The whole experience from the first phone call to the end of the job was a great experience and a pleasure to deal with a professional company would highly recommend them and keep ip the good work thanks again for a great job well done.

Great from start to finish. Seal the Damp did a damp survey for a nominal fee before we purchased our property, quoted promptly and then honoured that quote past the expiry date, when the property purchase dragged out. Ady and Leo were friendly, tidy and professional, and explained everything they were doing. Left the skirtings neatly replaced and caulked, and did an equally neat job outside. Top marks. Thanks guys! Would def recommend!

from the first meeting with Seal the Damp at our bungalow we were impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, consideration and friendliness of the employees of this company. Our problem was diagnosed and an affordable solution explained to us.
They arrived as promised on the day as arranged. The work was carried out and when finished everything explained to us. The room was left very clean and all work was undertaken carefully and with consideration for us and our property.
We would recommend anyone who suspects they may have a damp problem to contact Seal the Damp in the first instance. we don't think you will get a better cheaper solution to your problem.
