We've just had a new Ideal Max Vogue fitted by Matt and improved pipe work from the meter. As others have said Matt visited promptly when we inquired about probably needing a new boiler and took his time to assess properly if a new boiler was needed, no hard sell at all. Quote very competitive. Matt clearly takes careful pride in his work - pipe work soo much better than what was done previously. Would recommend.

Matthew is highly skilled, professional, and goes out of his way to help. Matthew replaced our boiler in November, after it completely broke down on us! He worked quickly, efficiently and tidily, which is really important as we work from home. An excellent job. He also popped back to replace the kitchen tap at short notice, just before Christmas. Matthew responded promptly when I requested a quotation to replace an old combi boiler and replace some inadequate pipework. He visited the property soon afterwards and spent more than an hour surveying the situation, listening to my concerns about the existing heating and plumbing and advising regards my requirements. There was no rush, no hard sell, just clear information, professional advice and choices to consider. He gave a clear indication of the lead-in time and the expected timespan for the work. When asked he had no hesitation in telling me his current charge for annual boiler service.
Prior to his visit I had surveys and quotations from other installers. In fact some of them never even quoted, presumably because of the complexity of the work. I had no doubt after his visit that Matthew was my preferred installer even before his quotation arrived. I was pleased when his quotation was the most competitive.
Follow-on communications by phone, text and emails were timely and reassuring. The new boiler is the Ideal Vogue Max 26kW with the added option of an integrated Ideal Halo interface with a Smart room Thermostat giving Wi-Fi and remote control as well as manual control. The boiler has a 12 year warranty. It is very quiet and efficient for central heating and hot water.
The work was carried out in a professional and courteous manner. Thorough testing revealed a leaking isolating gas valve for the hob. Matthew replaced this immediately with a new valve from the van and he also replaced a seal on a radiator. Matthew is not rushed and takes pride in his workmanship. I am very pleased with his work and happy to recommend him.

Matthew installed complete heating system.and after performing 2nd annual service at a very competitive price said he "was not happy" with an overflow pipe . The pipe had given no trouble and so far as I was concerned was fine. Nonetheless Matthew returned the following Saturday morning and replaced it , free of charge, for, as he said , his own "peace of mind" . How's that for service!
