I have had many reiki and cord cutting sessions over the last year or so and I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do this other than Sara. She always goes above and beyond and is amazingly gifted at what she does. She has helped me in ways she probably doesn’t realise and for that I’ll always be very grateful.

I also have been attending a spiritual development group class with Sara and this has also been an amazing and enlightening experience. People were at different stages of their spiritual journey and Sara was always approachable to ask should we have any questions. There was also a group chat on Facebook created by Sara just incase anyone should need any further support and also so we could all network and share our experiences. We covered a large range of areas and each session was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend.

I am a member of lynn and saras groups and i absolutely love them they are both beautiful souls and teachers/coaches all the beautiful souls in the group are lovely and friendly it is a safe space for us all to be on our journeys together and go at our own pace there is so much great stuff on website we have access to to do whenever we want and the group sessions are amazing . There is different topics each month it is amazing and good value for money . I absolutely love these groups they have helped me so much ❤
