Friendly staff who are patient and happy to help, however the opening hours are ridiculous and aren't realistic for customers who work, go to school or have a semblance of a normal social life.

This is a great branch but the company are putting them in an impossible situation with staffing levels and very restricted opening hours. The rational is that more people are using online and telephone banking. They don't know much about Pudsey - there are mostly elderly residents who want face to face banking.

Adheres to the Covid protocols, at busy times a protocol if 4 people pnly allowed in the Bank, 2m apart strictly adhered to here, floor walker monitoring the area. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

It appears Santander don't want to speak to customers, they close branches and the only telephone number I could find directs you to the internet which can't help me. Worse than useless.

A shame that a bank can only put on one teller. And what surprised was when a customer asked for an appointment to be told it would be September as they only do one appointment per day. Very poor
