Where do I start. Honestly the worst rude person ever! No manners . Tutted at me . Aggressive. Rude . Tone of voice . No apologies. And the list on goes on! Avoid!!! Get another job if you don’t like yours! Never ever will I visit shop and post office again .

The shop exudes an overwhelming sense of disdain for its role as a post office, begrudgingly handling postal tasks with a palpable air of resentment. This is not just my observation; a glance at other reviews confirms this bizarre and disheartening attitude. It boggles the mind why they persist with their Royal Mail affiliation, when their apparent passion lies in selling energy drinks to teenagers.

The service is consistently appalling. The staff member I encountered was not just rude but aggressively unpleasant, with a contemptuous disregard that leaves a lasting impression of dismay. Each visit, I optimistically hoped for a change, attributing previous experiences to bad days and clinging to the desire to support local businesses. But no, every interaction has been uniformly dreadful, with the server exhibiting a complete lack of customer service skills or basic manners. One might mistakenly assume they're doing Royal Mail a favour with such grudging service.

I vow never to return, relieved that there are far superior alternatives available The Post Office within Co-operative being a great example of professional service. It's a relief to avoid further encounters with such an extraordinarily discourteous individual.

Friendly service, great with kids. Work very efficiently and have a really well stocked, fairly priced shop as well as being a post office and doing lots of other extras and providing essential services to people who aren’t computer literate. A very valuable service to the local community. Thank you!

The worse post office ever!!!
Terrible service and staff.
I had to send 19 letters to different places, such as Australia, Switzerland, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland and Jersey.
The staff was shocked with the work load and gave me the stamps to stick on it.
Some of the stamps weren't sticky and they didn't have glue 🤔 so i have been told to lick the stamps 😅 lol as I refused to do so, the staff gave me a bit of spray which did the job.
Whist I was doing their job, by applying the stamps in all these letters the staff came back to me and told me to pay and to give space to another client whilst I could possibly continue to complete their work after paying £24 🙄.
Unfortunately, the other side of the counter got busy as well and the second staff member told me to be quicker because their clients were waiting!!!!
I would never go back again and obviously I do not recommend it to my greatest enemy 😏

What a service absolute a joke they didnt want deposit my money into my account because of the amount as their was only 1 person behind me and his excuses was their was a customers waiting to ve served I waited for my turn so I'm not a customer?
Like that is not enough he looks at me and lies to my face something I have been doing for almost 5/6 years something every other day and then has the cheek to to lie

Wouldn't recommend at all to anyone go somewhere else for your services

Very poor service. Understaffed and while trying to purchase euros staff member kept leaving the transaction to serve at another till. Resulting in transaction failing.
