I wanted to share with you my experience.
I am so disappointed for the service provided me by Caitlyn. I have applied to some jobs, she contacted by email asking me to call her. However, everytime I called she was not available. She replied after many days by email, asking to call her back.
I did twice and still she was not available. On the email she said that she would call me back but she never did!! She literally wasted my TIME!!! If you are not able to provide a great customer service don't do this JOB!!!
Maybe the company is good, she needs to learn how to deal with customers, especially if she can't provide the service she says!

Awful agency. I was promised a rate abd start date and therefore turned down an alternative role - both due to start on the same day.

My agent went on holiday without doing my references, confirming my rate it checking my DBS. I was called at 5pm the Friday before I was due to start by her manager, stating I was now being paid £3 less than promised and couldn’t start on the Monday due to not having references. Was promised to start on the Tuesday. Cut a long story short 4 days later, still not start date and was told I’d need to apply for and wait for a whole new dbs. I lost hundreds of pounds due to my agents incompetence. I was then told by 2 trusted agencies that I previously have worked with that the rate she promised me was impossible as they had the same roles and the company was never offering this much. When I finally told my agent Nicole, that I had been messed around too much, had lost hundreds of pounds and was going elsewhere, she didn’t even acknowledge my email or apologise. Since then, I’ve spoke to colleagues and they confirmed this is the worst agency. Stay far far away. Greedy liars and time wasters.

If you need to speak with payroll, you can't reach them - no one picks up the phone at different times during the day, I sent an email with my worry - no answer!
If it's not your coordinator - no chance for help. This man was talking over me when I tried to explain why I needed a payroll for, then he asked me again what I just explained... and left me on the phone 5min to wait.
