Its not good. I am a student here and their rules are silly like how girls can’t show shoulders or something- Also some teachers favourite other people which is annoying!!!! they also “cold call” on people who clearly don’t know the answer so please stop picking on random people ITS STRESSFULL !!!!! They also don’t really care about bullying or anything because they never do anything to sort it out… they mainly only care about uniform. They also GIVE YOU DETENTIONS FOR NO REASON!!!!!!!! Teachers put so much pressure on people it’s SO toxic. Just an honest review and it’s 100% accurate. If you want to be miserable and feel like you’re not enough… then go here. If you want to be in a happy environment where you don’t feel stress please find somewhere else❤️

I have been here for 3 years now and the school is really bad.
First of all the “zero tolerance” where if you even breathe you get an after school detention because it somehow makes the school look good.
And the school acted in front of ofsted to get an outstanding because if ofsted were to sneak CCTV into school then it would require improvement.
Also on their website they removed the forgot password button so if you are locked out you have to get an IT person who is never there.
And not to mention the school is home to a lot of liberal snowflake children and teachers.
So do not send your child here.
P.S this school is spending their money on a 3 story block but they have no teachers in order to fill the rooms.
They call banter bullying lol

when went to this school i was bullied and always victimised by students and teachers. if you want to get anywhere you have to be their favorites. im glad i left that ... that ... hell on earth. even today after i've left i still hear about how terrible it is their. the teachers not dealing with bullying, terrible communication from teachers, little supervision that is required, punished for complaining, slightest thing done wrong or said and you were put into detention and teachers that have various problems including a teach that spent most of his time looking down girls tops. (you think im joking? well i'm all serious i'm afraid).
would i recommend this school? nope definitely not. unless you want to have your kids tortured and not looked after for 5 days a week.

i'm a student at this school and it's terrible so bad teachers don't even care about ur mental health or they care about is ur education i mean yeah it's kinda important not really since u don't need to know an area of a triangle to do well in life but they put education before mental health mental health is way more important. TERRIBLE SCHOOL.

I'm biased because I do work for the school. I think this is a really great school and caters for the whole range of abilities including Oxbridge applicants. It's down to earth but stretching academically. The sixth form café is a great feature.

I have come back to edit my previous review as the school have somehow stopped people from leaving reviews because they are scared of the truth getting out..... this school is dreadful in every single way, I have been informed that students have been put in isolation for such things as defending themselves, I am disgusted about how the teachers will never listen to the students and their attitudes towards the students, VERY BAD school. DO NOT GO

A strong sixth form with many committed teachers and a lot of support for students - if you take the initiative and ask for it. As long as you're willing to put the effort in you will get on well there.

Eh that’s all I have to say I’ve been her for almost 4 years and I’m getting my 4th head teacher soon plus all the staff are leaving
They make up new ridiculous rules every week it seems and all the behavior is given for the wrong reason
I asked to leave the class to take photos for photography and then I got told off for being outside lmao?
They said to me when I first went up ‘you Don’t have to do anything you don’t wanna do’ well I have to say that aint true because I’ve been made to do stuff I didn’t wanna do countless times
You probably think I’m overreacting but I ain’t they expect us to act like adults but they treat us like kids if you want you kids to feel like rubbish for 6 or 7 hours a day for 5 days be my guest

Go up
