No check out staff is now a routine thing. You have to wait until someone turns up or go and find someone. The same thing happens at the self service checkouts when it doesn't like your bag.
The 2 stars are for the fact that it always empty of people. I wonder why....
Tescos down the road is a better options, quite a few more people though.

The shop itself is great but the staff well one certain staff, he is so rude he has no customer service experience whatsoever I try and avoid him like the plague, but unfortunately the lady that was there walked off, so I had him he walked up no hello or anything took my item and then put it on a completely different till. No words came out his mouth I’ve spoken to the manager before but obviously nothing happened so from now on I would rather go to Tesco

Good for quick visits. It's about a third the size of a normal sainsburys but all the essentials are covered. There is plenty of free parking and I've never had any trouble finding a space. The staff are friendly too.

I'm a Tesco man personally, but I had to park in Sainsburys car park at 7am to pick up work colleagues, car park was empty, it was great! Never went in store, but looks great 😁

I’ve visited this store a few times, and, recently, I visited and practically every item I picked up was best before date for the next day or day after. Everything seems to have very short best before dates. Only one staff member on checkout. They have far too many of those awful self-service points and, when I visited, 4 staff just crowded around the self-service area, chatting amongst themselves. Very unprofessional. They should’ve at least had one other person on the checkouts. People are sick of all this self service nonsense.

Good but not great selection of products, and slightly cheaper than the store in Billingshurst. Tesco seem to have more variety and just down the road. Ample parking. Staff are a little thin on the ground by the tills when I've been. Also have Argos click and collect point.

By far the best Sainsbury's in Pulborough, I always like to go here when I am on holiday. Fortunately, this year I was staying nearby and was able to get there in the blink of an eye.

I very much enjoy the available produce, including an array of delights which are free from Gluten - from cake to bread to beer to pasta and back to cake.

By far my most favourite thing about this supermarket is the staff. They are always happy to help, to find something for you and all the while, they communicate in song. I particularly appreciated Janet's directions to the grapes, to the tune of We Will Rock You.

Highly recommended.
