Have been repeatedly ignored in pretty much any query I have tried to raise with the council regarding footpath maintenance over the years(which now no longer appears to be a concern for them). The poor level of service is made even more insulting when you consider the fact that we pay the highest council tax in the country.

Rutland council absolutely joke been waiting for replies to my email from the licensing team every time I call them they say they are busy leave a message they aim to reply within 5 working days it’s been 25 + working days no reply. Absolute appalling attitude and service from them. If possible completely avoid them not worth the headache and stress even. Good to take your money but rubbish to reply back.

Thanks to the lady that granted my mother a blue badge. It has made a massive difference to her confidence in going out and getting around. I should reiterate the massive difference it has made, Thanks a lot.

I received amazing service from a gentlemen today who was on the reception team.
He was so polite, dealt with my enquiry and had no problems at all. Best service I have received from Rutland County Council

Very poor service, consistently abandon emptied bins in middle of shared drive, even in road itself resulting in elderly neighbour having to stop car in road to move them so he can park when we are not around to do it. Reported to council numerous times without improvement.

Typical Rutland council. Post out new green bin licenses the day before bin collection so waste operators don’t collect as people haven’t had time to put the new stickers on their bins.
Still doesn’t affect them so why should they care?!

Tax up every year, services reduced every year. No pathways are being cleared, bins overflowing. Closed office very little help but hey its covid rite?
