Had a problem with our Internet, so contacted Rowland. He checked our computer out and found issues with it. Was honest with us, and recommended we upgrade to Windows 10, was Windows 7 as would be the better and cheaper way. Did so, then found the computer ran really slow. Contacted Rowland again, he took the computer back, now it works like a dream. Rowland was always very helpful and professional, and would definitely recommend him.

Worse person to give your own person or business computer. Very expensive for person working from home. His happy take your computer but you will need pick up your computer on his term. Never answer calls and blames you, for him to store your computer. Price he was asking for repair was so expensive. He will never tell you price before repair but after then it will be you who will pay his eye watering price. I just told him to keep it and bought one from ebay more faster better for same price that he was charging me to repair. I will say stay away from home traders and go to professional shop and repair for less and you can pick up anytime in your terms.

Very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. I have been using Roland for many years and as of our first meeting, he has always shown the highest standards of professionalism. Recently my computer has faced some problems with starting up, which Roland fixed. It was running well until a few weeks later down the line. Then, I ran into a problem where the computer was struggling to complete Windows updates. Roland was more than accommodating, and happy to help me out without charging me.

Excellent service, I went to see Rolland Smith after reading the reviews on here and was impressed with the service and the price he charged me to fix my broken laptop, it’s working perfectly now so I decided to get my second laptop fixed as well which I didn’t use for couple of years.
