Once again they've changed their opening hours on weekdays. They're now down to 8am-10am (aka, the time of day where most people are absolutely guaranteed to be at/travelling to work). This is the genius of the Royal Mail, they reduce their hours down to a point where no one can pick up their parcels. They're hoping you just don't bother and they can bin them. Great job once again guys

Opening hours of 8-10am are a joke. Impossible to use if you have a 9-5 job! Online services are often not working, so royal mail are offering a completely inadequate service for customers.

Always had good experience when collecting parcels here. The lady is always fast and nice. But despite doing an online profile and ask to always leave the parcels on my safe spot as advised by the Royal mail lady. The parcels all are sent back and I have to go and collect them. None of them need signature. The opening hours don't fit my working hours so it's always such a trouble to get my parcels. Whenever I can I choose not to use Royal mail. Royal Mail had more staff and training. If they were paid properly we wouldn't have this many strikes and probably a better service.

Excellent service although parking can be challenging. For those complaining that the post person doesn't leave the parcel in the location mentioned on a note on the front door. That would then be the same place those wanting to have your parcel away would then look. So no, those instructions are usually disregarded. If you have a regular postie, and parcels are sometimes delivered separately, then maybe you can discuss options with them but be aware that sometimes there may be somebody filling in for your normal posties and those arrangements are unlikely to have been shared.

Why have they changed the opening hrs,only open 8am to 10am what's the point. Not everybody is able to use those times. What a waste of space this place is might aswell close it. If the post person was to knock loud enough and wait a bit most parcels would be delivered. I know this because both myself and my wife were in the house waiting for a delivery and then noticed the red card in post box slipped in with ninja like speed and quietness. Why say they can deliver parcels when they make every effort not to.

Far too many times, I've been asked "where is my parcel, is it ever going to be delivered". We let me explain, you know about the pandemic?, yes?, Royal Mail are under enormous pressure this time of year, covid has added to that pressure. No one in Royal Mail is deliberately delaying your item, quite the opposite, staff are working all hours to try and maintain Normal service, be patient, your item will arrive as soon as physically possible. Staff at this location like all Royal Mail employees are doing there best under unprecedented conditions. Stay safe and don't forget, an estimate is not a guarantee.

Missed the parcel post by 4 minutes! Went online and followed the instructions of my tracked parcel. "Error" -that 's all l got after I put in the reference number by the postman. a dozen or so times. Tried other numbers-part of it some numbers looked like letters!
Rang the 'phone number on the card, but the machine kept getting my address wrong. Put me on "wait". ten minutes later I put the 'phone down in frustration.
Suggestion: instead of the postman writing the reference number on the card why doesn't the Post Office supply them with a machine so the reference number is perfectly clear? Too easy?

Great service when open.
Now time to re-review your opening hours... Edit:
Absolutely hopeless. Now open just 8am till 10am because they can't be bothered... Just close down and put us all out of our misery...
