Paid for a letter which had insufficient postage was told it would be delivered 2 days later 5 days later and still not arrived. No post for over 10 days now!

There is never ever anywhere to park to collect the parcels. I presume the staff working there take all the spaces. That said, the chap that works in there is very polite and helpful.

Arrived at 0900 on a Thursday. Office closed. Wasted journey. Despite the hours printed on the door and google maps being updated only 6 days ago. Use Hook Post Office instead if possible.

I had paid for next day delivery and was checking the Royal Mail tracking website on the day of delivery but for hours the website was not working. Finally got it to work and I was gutted to see that delivery had already been attempted so went down to the local depot to tell them what had happened and they could not have been more helpful. The man behind the desk knew who had tried to deliver it to my house and called him and he kindly said he would wait in the centre of my local village with my parcel for me to get there. I cannot thank them enough for being so helpful.

Staff where friendly and efficient. Parking was easy but I went mid week at 2.30pm so there were parking spaces. Easy access to just run in and pick up my package.

went there to return a tracked parcel left at my address place was shut at 11 am went in loading dock shouted no one went a bit further rude staff i said surely a post man has to be able to read was told they have to employe people like that parcel was ment to go to 66 hop garden not 66 middle mead how rude
