I stopped for a quick 45-minute break in the lorry car park. Horrible smell and pot holes everywhere... Disappointed with the female toilets too, there was a very strong smelling of urine, and the floor had bits of water leaking from the sinks in a few places, not on the picture. Overall Disappointed with the above facilities. I'm leaving a 2* since I ordered a quick bite from MacDonalds, and the food was super fresh and hot ? .

I stopped here for a bite to eat and use the facilities.
A friendly member of the team (Sky) approached to ask if everything was ok.
I've never had that happen before. Sure it's common in a restaurant or a café, but in decades of using motorway services, that's never happened before.

Lovely new drivers showers and toilet. All in the UK should look like that. Clean and ready to use. Good job @Roadchef . We waiting for upgrade on your other services ?

Place is ok to have a quick break. Toilet was clean even though service was very busy. Plenty of food shop available. Nice big car park with electric charging port facilities. We ordered at Mac Donald’s and COSTA, food was fresh and served quickly. Overall not a bad break.

Had to get dinner from the services and wasn’t expecting much.
Ordered chicken satay and rice from Leon and was absolutely delicious, service was fab too. Thanks Tanis at Leon. Definitely will pick Leon in the future.

GSD Lucy, Carla and Alex are very friendly, warm and genuine people.
I was surprised how much bacon was in the bacon and egg roll .I was told later by Lucy they put in three slices of bacon.
The egg and bacon was cooked to perfection do not overlook Garden Square Deli

We used the toilets and Costa. We don’t have an electric car but noticed lots of charging points. It’s a pleasant place to stop, stretch your legs and recover for the next part of your journey. We would recommend a visit.
