Extremely HORRIBLE experience from this agency.

I received a call from Tanya regarding a role I had applied for through Riverside Recruitment earlier in the month. During the conversation, she inquired about my location, and she responded by stating that my location was too far from the client’s requirements, which I understood. However, after the conversation, she forgot to end the call, and I overheard her on loudspeaker saying, "What an idiot. She didn't put her location in the application."

It was extremely upsetting and took me by surprise. I sent two emails to their manager since this incident happened and haven't heard back at all. This experience has left me deeply hurt and reflects poorly on them. I am only now writing my review publicly because I haven't received as much as an email response from the manager.

Makes me wonder how many positive reviews are fake, and what they say to your back after the call ends with them.

It's a shocking experience and I am still deeply affected by it. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! And I will write about my experience on any platform so more people are aware of this.

What can I say other than what a great experience with an agency!!! Tanya contacted me after I had applied for a role and was just so helpful, encouraging and very quick to respond to any questions. The day of my interview she emailed me to wish me luck and also rang me afterwards to see how I got on and also with excellent news - she kept in touch throughout the whole process and put any worries I had to rest. Can't recommend Tanya and Riverside Recruitment enough. If I ever need a job again I will be straight in contact with Tanya. Thanks again for helping me find this role with a great caring company xx
