Michelle, the long-suffering receptionist; the 'voice' and 'face' of RSC was friendly, professional and efficient. 4 new tyres fitted and balanced by Olly. Tracking now booked in for next week. Several customers in and out whilst I waited in reception; all of them evidently repeat business!
