Extremely excellent customer service,

I can not praise this place enough. My in-laws required an upgrade to their chairs. On arrival we were greeted by Rose,such a lovely kind and helpful lady. She helped guide us through our requirements and an order was placed. Within days my father-in-law had his new riser chair, he’s over the moon. The chair was delivered by Chris, he showed us how everything worked and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. It’s so comforting to know that when we are faced with the challenges of failing mobility, there are such lovely people to help and guide you. I honestly can’t recommend this place high enough. Thank you!

My wife was looking for equipment for her aunt who has just returned home from rest bite care. Went here not knowing what to find but the shop is pretty big, has loads of products and staff knew exactly what she needed. Thanks team at Risborough for making everything so easy.
