Telephoned prestwich store this morning 13/12/24 at 09.52 regarding prospective purchase of a TV.
The assistant said " we are all busy serving customers, what is the make and model you want ? We shall call you back.
I was hoping to give my business to an independent retailer as oppose to the big 2 on retail parks or indeed online companies.
At 4.30pm I'm still awaiting a call.
Have now purchased elsewhere.

Our Curved Samsung developed a fault. Richer Sounds after care did a great job helping us with this. As a result we had a credit. I spoke with Steven at Prestwich who gave me a few recommendations. His knowledge is fantastic. As a result we spent a lot more than we planned but are really happy investing in our new LG OLED TV. We purchased a massive 65 xcreen TV and its picture quality is amazing. Thank you so much Steven.
