THE place to go in Manchester to get your laptop fixed. I had a complete macbook air failure (couldn’t be fixed on my own).

Cyrus talked through my options on the phone. He was honest with pricing and what would be best for me based on my laptop usage. Fixed it within a day and then delivered it to my door.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough and yes this is an honest review from a real customer.

Would 10/10 reccommend for any laptop or technology issues! Cyrus was super helpful, very knowledgeable and clearly cares about helping his customers. He took the time to explain what needed to be fixed, why the issue occurred, and kept me in the loop. He even kindly offered the service free of charge. I had a major problem with my laptop ( water damage). My keyboard was not functioning at all and water has also damaged the system. Thank god I found this guy ( Cyrus). He explained the procedure thoroughly and at a reasonable price. I couldn’t thank him enough for saving my money to buy a new laptop, he changed the keyboard and did some cleaning as well. I definitely recommend!

Top service! I had a fried Hard Drive with some important data on it. Cyrus explained the process to rescue my data and fixed the problem within a couple of days. Having shopped around, I must point out that prices and time scales offered by Cyrus are way beyond competitive. And very friendly too, which is unusual these days! Very recommended!

Called up the shop explaining the problem I had with my desktop. Cyrus even asked me to bring the old part that I thought was broke just incase he was able to fix. Which he was. Saving me, the customer money. Very quick and professional and I had my desktop back within days. Staff were very polite and friendly. Definitely recommend 👌
