It’s shop number 2139 Costcutter IG6
Today morning i came in shop and till was on updating mode. I thought so it will take few minutes coz it shouldn’t happen during working hours. But it’s already 2.5 hours and both till are not working I called them many times but they couldn’t sort out the issue I am really disappointed with them our morning trade is always busy and i lost the big amount. I really don’t recommend the rubbish company to no one. Many times it’s happen and I give them warning but they don’t care about any thing apart from money. Request to everyone don’t don’t waste your money and time with retail data partnership

We have two business with them and we could not trade this morning in one , because a security certificate has expired , their emergency support hours start at 8am , and if you open at 6 or 7 , and have a problem , you are ** up. the last thing you want that you cannot trade for their mistake. We are with them from last 7 years, and they are not what they used to be like. This is not first time , out of hours emergency people always speak like they are doing you a favour because you are annoying. In normal hours some of their staff is not capable to solve your issues either.
