Everyone with whom we came into contact at Rentokil were knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
Andrew Walker, Surveyor was studious in his approach and took a genuine interest in the needs and requirements of the property.
Lewis Walker and Quint Atkinson who carried out the treatment, were thorough and thoughtful in carrying out their work in sometimes very challenging situations. They were clean and tidy leaving the property in a respectable condition.

I was devastated to discover woodworm in the back of a cupboard.... I contacted Rentokil to check this out. A survey was arranged and remedial treatment was required as this had spread to under floorboards of my staircase and downstairs rooms. An appointment was arranged for the earliest available date. Joanne at customer services was very helpful, keeping me up to date and alleviating my concerns. Lewis arrived promptly at 8.30 am as arranged, was very pleasant and professional, and the job was completed without too much disruption. I left the house whilst work was being done, gave Lewis spare house keys and he rang me at 1pm to state treatment was finished, door had been locked and keys put through letter box. I was able to go back home 2 hours later to find that floorboards had been put back in place and my home was left in a very tidy state. All in all an excellent service and if anyone is unfortunate enough to require any pest control treatment, I would have no hesitation in recommending Rentokil. Thank you to everyone concerned at Rentokil - I can now rest assured as I have been given a 30 year guarantee for this treatment.

Retained Rentokil to carry out a damp survey of an old property we've purchased to renovate. The DP survey happened on time, the results we're clear so when ready we employed Rentokil to carry out the repairs and new damp proof course. I rang to make the appointment which I was pleased that they could make within 7 days and the work was carried out and completed exactly as promised on time , in fact the plasterers finished ahead of schedule. Nothing negative at all to say about the service received from Rentokil offices pre/post or the lads they employed to do the work. Awaiting our guarantee certificate in due course and happy so far!
