Very pleased with service, as we had to move from Greater London to East Midlands and not a straightforward move as a big house to relocate. All staff inspired confidence which is why we chose Relocate in first place, after getting quotes. queries from ladies in office answered and they very supportive, as we had a delay our end initially. Removal guys on the day very fast and helpful. They came two days as we needed some specialist packing. Nothing seemed too much trouble considering it was a long journey to get to new property. Would recommend Relocate highly.

We used Relocate for the 2nd time at the end of 2024 and were very happy to see that they have not changed since we moved in 2015. The team was professional at all times but also relaxed enough to make a stressful move (dare I say it) fun at times. They were efficient and effective and worked with us to make sure we had everything out the old house and in the new house as quickly as possible!

we don't ever plan on moving house again (the move itself was fine the process before that wasn't) but if we ever did have to move - I would definitely use Relocate again.

Really professional service from initial visit all the way through to the move itself. All the staff were great and the office team kept me informed throughout the process of the move, with regular courtesy calls. The guys that did the move were absolute grafters as well. Took great care of fragile items and provided great protective covers for my musical instruments, tv, furniture etc to protect from damage. Would recommend

Very friendly service from the first assessor to the boss and the lads doing the graft. All very helpful and polite. Only criticism was that carpets were not protected in new house. When asked about film roll to put on carpets and upstairs was told they had run out. I then chucked a few of their protective blankets on the floors, sorted. Not wanting to over do this point the lads were all fantastic and worked really hard. Well done to all.

Great experience with Relocate Removals. They packed for us, which was extremely efficient, and the removals on the actual moving day was great too. Lovely team, worked hard and fast. No damages. Relocate removals were great. They got me out on the date l needed and moved in when l needed.
Their removal guys work really hard and put my stuff where l wanted it. They put the bed up which is one less job to worry about as moving is super tiring. From Guy assessing how much stuff I had to the lovely lady's in the office coordinating the move and the removal guys. I would highly recommend this company they do what they say they will.

Relocate Removal mover me into my new apartment on Friday 19th July 2024 and the removals guys on the day we're absolutely fantastic.
They were on time and worked extremely hard, I was so grateful for all their help.
